Quick suggestion: I think that all the mods should be able to edit and delete posts on all forum areas. Arbi is too busy to monitor the forum, and Hoss's post this morning has stood for hours longer than it should have. Just as an example. Just my opinion...

I am temporarily suspending democracy on this board. For a week from today, I will be summarily deleting personal conflicts, insults, etc. as I perceive them. I'm not perfect, and I won't get all of it. And there will be some stuff that is perceived by some as contentious that I don't perceive that way....
