Obama says that health care reform "Can't Wait"

Obama says that health care reform needs to happen this year, because it can't wait.
Does it seem to anyone else like we're getting a lot of bad legislation shoved down our throats by the expedient of them telling us that there's no time to review it or think about it, because it needs to happen right this very second?

Just like with energy, the environment, and education; full speed ahead and damn the Constitution.  Just remember, Obama does what his handlers tell him to say and do.
