Interesting to note, that Mr. Obama says that he "disagrees" with some of his pastor's beliefs. Check this out. I saw this last night on O'Reilly. Something that no one seems to mention is that Mrs. Obama recently said that she is only now proud of her country. She wasn't proud of America before, but now she is. How can anyone think that someone so close to the Obama's have no influence?
Do you think this will hurt him? How should he handle this in his campaign?

After listening to this preacher, I understand why she is only now proud of America. After 20 years of these anti-america and anti-white rants, what else would she believe? I see the photos of his not putting his hand over his heart during the pledge or national anthem in a whole new light.
In answer to your question: it should hurt him, but it won't. It would hurt anyone else.
I think that the double standard is appalling. A white supremacist contributed to Ron Paul's campaign, and when he didn't return the money (planning to spend the money to do good) people called foul. But Barack Obama is close friends with a guy who makes outrageous statements, and we're supposed to believe that it doesn't matter.
