Do any of you put spirulina in your food storage? It's an algae/seaweed that is high in protein.

I don't have it in the food storage, but it's one of the highest-quality foods there is. I've taken it in supplements before and it makes you look 20 yrs. younger than your meat-addicted friends. biggrin.gif

I must just say, the title of this thread had me thinking completely in a different line... I was thinking this was a talk about filtering water from some sort of microbe or parasite!

Do you have before and after pictures to back that up coco?

I just read this and have to wonder, if it makes you look 20 years younger by using this spirulina stuff, what happens to a baby that eats it?
