She would have to act in a manner totally inconsistent with my knowledge of her character, which I consider very unlikely.

I'm sorry that I couldn't solve your concerns. I took the trouble to look up the internic entry for familysearch.org. It is most assuredly a church website. They've taken measures to make sure that the address can't be hijacked. You can check the contents of the email she posted with someone in your stake who is participating in the program. I know we had trouble with trolls recently, but this is a situation in which your disquiet is misplaced. Anyone on this board who understands how the internet's DNS system works will be able to tell you the same thing; what it lists at internic.org on whois is the real, official information for that website.
