Linking to Bountiful from Nauvoo

As a result of recent discussions, I have received a request from the moderator of the Nauvoo forum that we no longer post links to Bountiful on that forum. Any such links that are posted will be deleted. So, kindly refrain from posting such links over there.

 Wait...no it's not.  It's moderating Nauvoo.  They just request that we restrict what we post there.  I didn't see anything that says we can't still discuss things brought up there or quote something from there.  It's not like Nauvoo is moderating anti-Mormon sites because it doesn't allow links to those either...

Is that a joke, Mahonri?

"They" didn't compare Bountiful to anything.  Euphrasie used an example to back up her opinion.

Can we please dispense with the Us vs Them talk?

Can we please read posts carefully and do our level best to understand what is really meant, rather than jump to conclusions?

Bountiful is not supposed to be a place of Knee-Jerk reactions.  There seems to be a lot of that on this particular thread.

Let's all just calm down.

Mahonri is a man of a thousand disguises, or a man of a thousand different images of the Bountiful Temple used as his avatar, it would appear. 

Now Ray, if I told you once, I told you a thousand times (wow, that is like the third time I've used the word thousand in less than a thousand words...), I'm not like Sidney Rigdon... last time I checked, I haven't been tarred and feathered... heck, I never even got my parents house tp-ed as a youth until one day I was expressing my concern about how unfair it was I never got that sort of recogntion of having it done or being invited to take part to some of the "culprits" at church (needless to say I was thrilled when they tp-ed my parents house the very next night, but my parents made me call them and to come clean it up)!  Sobesides the tar and feather thing and not having had my head bounced roughly upon the frozen ground thing, Mrs. Cat Herder says I am far better looking than he was.  I'm probably more like WW Phelps...

Hmmm... after seeing pictures of both of those gentlemen, they both were fairly mildly ugly looking old cusses... Aren't there any mildly good looking men from Church history that had the habit of sticking there foot in their mouth and behaving like a buffoon?
