You know this is going to start a new firestorm, but... as the article states, the verbage of the law passed by the voters here is unambiguous.

It's times like this where I could almost say I'm proud to be a Buckeye living in this state up north...

Just be glad you are not in the 9th circuit district for the court of appeals because if this happened in their district they would strike it down.   Amazing that a court would actually follow the law instead of make their own.  I guess even the blind squirrel occassionally finds an acorn.
