When do you intervene?

So I'm sitting here letting the kids play happily... and I hear the following,


"Spin me around!"


"Do you want to throw up?"


"Sure... just spin me really fast."


At this point, do you interrupt the play of children or do you let nature take its course?

Ah, nature.  I puked so many times growing up because of nature taking it's course.

Let nature take its course, but send them outside first, or at least move them onto the kitchen tile.

I just let nature take its course. There was no puking, though some of the kids were moving slowly after being spun in the office chair at uncomfortable speeds...
