I thought I'd start a thread where we could list our favorite things about Christmas. Here are some of mine:
Spending time with family
More opportunity to make and eat pumpkin pies
holiday traditions

putting up Christmas decorations as a family

I like how excited the girls get... they love decorating. I love it when they wrap up their old stuff and give it to each other as gifts, they fill up the christmas tree with these sorts of gifts.
They also love to play with the Christmas Creches we have... Last night the Animals had captured Baby Jesus, and Mary and Joseph had to go commando and fight the animals to rescue him... it was pretty funny to hear them play...
We always have fun acting out the Nativity story... even if the shepherds tend to whack the crap out of their sheep... (big stuffed Pikachu doll)...

I love to watch It's a Wonderful Life with my wife on Christmas Eve after the kids are put to bed. I also enjoy the various version of A Christmas Carol. Aside from that, I hate Christmas.
