Clearly, if it isn't saying The Ray is dead, long live The Ray, then with all those red nows in it, it is definitely a subliminal message to vote Republican so that fewer blue states exist...

It seems to me the only thing you've learned is that Caesar is a "salad dressing dude."
Either that or it's a secret communist ploy... (I always thought it was interesting how the media framed the republicans in red, and the dems in blue... seeing as how red was always a common color for communism.)
