This is an interesting article about how maybe we'd lose weight if we ate food that actually tastes good.

Now wait just a minute here.   In my experience, in general the better it tastes, the less healthy it is.

Lundy,

You can make that argument for pastry, but with fruits and vegetables the better it is for you, the better it tastes. Therefore, people grow their own tomatoes. biggrin
