Judge enters plea for Smart kidnapper

A judge has entered a "not guilty" plea for the man accused of kidnapping Elizabeth Smart.
Brian David Mitchell has been found not competent to stand trial two times so far. I think he's sane enough to stand trial, he's just good at faking it so that he doesn't have to. Especially considering how child rapists/kidnappers are treated by other prisoners in prison.

Well, there's one judge who has a perfect knowledge of what's in your heart and mind, and executes perfect judgment. This kidnapper will not be able to escape from His justice.

Yeah, it's just so frustrating when people work the system and people let them.

Goes back to my feeling that if we aren't interested in seeing right prevail in this life, how in the world do we expect God to care?
