This lady posted an ad to craigslist advertising a free unicorn to someone with at least an acre of land and experience working with mythical creatures. Coco, you wouldn't happen to have experience working with unicorns, would you?

Can you email the person and ask questions, like is she broke and does she travel well in a straight-load trailer? Is she socialized with other animals? What type of fencing is she accustomed to? Is she good for the farrier and with handling her feet? Good with crossing water and bathing? Does she sunburn? (I'm assuming she's white with pink skin.) Is she up to date on vaccinations and worming? Does she peel her own pomegranates?
With the price of hay, you just can't just indiscriminately take in free animals anymore.

I don't know, but she didn't respond to a request for pictures. Who would agree to take in an animal they haven't seen?

Actually, she has posted a picture now to the listing. But you're right, you'd need a video too. I mean, how else would you find out how well the unicorn trots, for instance?

Now that I'll have the land for it, maybe I should go for this free unicorn! The question is, how do I lay in a year's supply of pomegranates?
