I got my mail-in ballot today. Idaho's primary is in late May. I had a strange experience I must say.
I looked at the Democratic side and saw Obama vs. Clinton. I thought for a moment of joining Rush Limbaugh's "Operation Chaos", and an evil grin crossed my face. Then I thought that was a cynical option. Besides Obama won this State a few months ago with a fair margin.
I looked at the GOP side. McCain and Paul. My soul had a serious conversation with itself ; which of the two do I trust to restore the U.S. to its Constitutional foundation. I literally could not force my hand to darken the McCain oval. I then did something, almost involuntarily, which I had been mocking others for doing for the last several months: darkening the oval for Ron Paul!

BTW, either your Id, Ego, and Super Ego are out of balance, or you had been consciously considering for a while the question and the answer you got did not jive with your dislike of voting for someone with no chance to win the nomination. And yes, I'm making pretty much no sense, but with little information about what goes on in Fregramis' head I can't do better.

Meh. I still couldn't do it. Can't get on board with his foreign policy.
I'm also considering registering as a dem for future presidential elections because atleast then I could have a say in who's on the ballot by attending the dem caucus. The republican side was all decided by the time the Idaho primary rolls around. (Sorry, I don't count Paul as a threat.)

Don't worry Hiccups, I'm pretty sure that you're not offending anyone by saying that Ron Paul has pretty much no chance of winning the Republican nomination. He openly admits it. I still may wind up writing him in.
