So, do you exercise? What do you do? Do you like it?
One of my goals starting now is to exercise more. I used to exercise like crazy when I was in college... like everyone, I guess. There's just so many excuses to not exercise when we're so busy with our kids' lives and stuff... I think it will help us out if we're physically fit if "bad things" come about...
My dad, who's 80 now, climbs stairs over at the high school. I was like when I heard how much he does. Then I thought to myself, "Girl, you're pathetic."

Yes, I exercise. (Though in the interests of full disclosure, I haven't been very regular about it the past month and a half. I got back to it this week, though.)
Currently, the plan is M: upper body weights and abs, T: cardio, which is 35 mintues on the treadmill usually hiking with some jogging intervals, W: lower body and abs, Th: cardio, F: upper body and abs and Sa: cardio/fun stuff. That's the ideal plan. The next week I'd swap upper and lower body. The abs workouts are only like 10 minutes.
Now that it's warming up, I'm adding in bike rides. MrHic is teaching me how to play racketball, but so far that is just an exercise in humility. I plan to up the jogging once I get my orthodics. (Go, granny, go!)

I'm exercising some. Got a new treadmill for it. I already have health issues related to weight (health issues cause weight gain which make the health issues worse). I don't care for it much, esp. because so far I haven't seen any benefits, but I'm gonna keep trying.
I take a clogging class once a week, and need to practice for that at least twice a week to learn the steps. If I'd practice every day, I'd probably lose weight...
I have already started riding bike/walking to close by things instead of driving, when practical. My only problem is the scheduling - I need to get in the habit of leaving earlier so I have time to bike, instead of rushing everywhere and needing to drive to get there.
