I don't know why I'm constantly amazed at how people treat children, but I am.

I know. Children are the easiest to victimize, though. And criminals, besides being bad, are lazy.
I'm still amazed too, though. I keep expecting the world to be a civilized place.

What possibly could the motive be??? It's not like they were going to get these kids adopted and get paid for that--they were putting them in foster care. Why would anyone do something like this? Those poor children and their families.
I just don't understand people. I think I'll pull the covers over my head now....
