What are you doing New Year's Eve?

Should be interesting to see what you are all doing on New Year's Eve.

Shucks... I thought I had attached a poll.  Guess I don't know how.

It's much too early in the game!

I think we're just chillin' at home.

Some loved ones and I are going to play board games, listen to music from new Christmas CDs, eat leftover Christmas treats, and make jokes.

I like New Year's -- a low stress holiday.

New Year's Eve... probably not much, except trying to make a baby. giggle.gif

New Year's Day... getting together with MrCoco's siblings and spouses for board games/card games and food. Not so low-stress, cuz we're all so dang COMPETITIVE! matrixfight.gif  It's actually quite a blast.

After putting the two little ones to bed at their regular time, Hubby and I will be hanging with my older children... watching movies, eating New Years Eve-type treats (Woohoo! stuffed jalapenos!) and generally being silly.

I have a lot of fun with my teenage boys.

New Years Day we'll break out the Settlers of Catan game we got for Christmas.

I'm hoping I can get to bed early.

Two of the teens will be going to a dance.

Who knows what will happen around this place. I can't wait until school starts again, my house is like grand central station.

We got that game for Christmas too. Maybe we'll get ours out too on New Year's Eve.

I have to work all day on New Year's Day.

I am thinking right now that I will stay up until midnight. I do not have to work tomorrow! Yipee! Our t.v. in our living room went out so unless we either buy a new one today or move one from some place else, I might have another slumber party with my mom. I have only done it a couple of times as just she and I are in her bed watching a movie. Last night, we were watching Sound of Music. I decided at one point just to lie down and listen. It was so nice to have mommy close by like when I was little. Eventually, we both feel asleep. Then, I went to my room. As it was near the end when I was in there last, I called out to her as she was walking down the hall asking her if they were in Switzerland yet. They weren't quite there yet.
