A website all about you!

http://www.veromi.com/

No need to type in your address. They have names, family members. . . lots of info out there. :p

Holy Smokes.

I didn't realize it was so easy to find so much information about me.

I entered my first and last names, year of birth, and city and state.

It accurately listed six cities in four states where I have lived in the last twenty years. (Ha ha ya missed Pekin, Illinois and Mount Pleasant, IA)

Under possible relatives I found the names of my wife, deceased dad, mom, two nephews, deceased sister-in-law, and deceased brother. Under possible roommates/associates it listed my niece. My mom and wife were both listed under two versions of their names, they had the age wrong on one of my wife's names.

The only blooper was that they thought I might have been associated with the Faith to Faith Ministries of Mount Pleasant.

Holy Smokes. Not sure this is a good thing.

Whoa, that's kinda scary. It had all of Cat's siblings listed and his deceased Mom and Dad and how old they are. At least how old his parents would be if they were still alive.

We got on my niece a few years ago because she put all of our family's geneology on-line including dates of births and places of birth and we asked her to remove our names and our children's names because of the risk of identify theft. Cat has a sister who had her identity stolen once and someone tried to and nearly succeeded with Cat so we are very leery of it.

My sister was all bent out of shape that we asked them to do that stating, "What could someone possibly do with that information?" Well, you'd be surprised. That's all you need to get a birth certificate and a social security number.

I don't exist... at least not under my maiden name... BUT there IS a woman with MY maiden name (except it's her married name...) living about 2 hours from me... giggle.gif There is VERY little about me under my married name... Doesn't list my kids at all... and only hubby... It doesn't show enough addresses by far...

Then I did a search on hubby... about the same info... a little more, but strictly what would be listed under home ownership... SO, I think I have this figured out... We have RARELY borrowed money at any time in our married life... wink.gif Except for mortgages we've hardly owed anything... We have never used a dealership to buy a car on time and we have no credit cards that carry balances. We have had some medical debts to hospitals that have been carried for many years, but evidently that is not the same as consumer debt...

Right now I am thinking.... I KNEW it paid to listen to the prophet!!!!!!!!

Mine wasn't very accurate apart from name, current address, and spouse.  Got the age wrong even when I entered my birthdate. Missed a bunch of previous residences--maybe a military thing.  And what's up with all the female roommates?  I wish that would have really happened wink

I saw a similar site recently, can't remember if it was people search or zabba, but one of them listed my name in the same order and w/the same family and random associates.

Funny part: it lists a possible associate of mine a 95 year old man?? There are several unknown male associates. Kind of funny.

I had a younger brother who appeared to be related to more or less all my siblings, but his name was different by one letter, while I didn't show up at all in that same family grouping, which i thought was curious, but I don't think I'm going to correct them... They did have all my latest addresses for the past 15 years.
