I know it doesn't always turn out like this, but I am just thankful when it does.

That's great Coco. Try not to look so annoyed about it.

It's true that the Lord takes special care of children.

I wasn't aware there were tornadoes going through Michigan the night that this happened. I did hear of a Tornado Watch somewhere near us and that was it.
There were some storms on Friday, but I don't remember anything about a Severe Weather Alert or anything. This was a couple counties north of us, just at the base of the thumb (as in look at the lower peninsula of Michigan, and it looks like a mitten). The whole county has a population nearly 10K less than our suburb... And since we don't watch the local news except on rare occasions, it isn't surprising we didn't here about it...

It seems to me the only thing you've learned is that Caesar is a "salad dressing dude."
When I was back in college I took a weather and climate class and the instructor hung out with tornado chasers. We actually had one come and talk to the class which was super cool. The instructor told us a story about a man that was in the middle of tornado and was holding on to his two kids but he couldn't hold onto both and had to let the baby go. The baby was sucked into the tornado. Afterwords he was going through the wreckage and heard a noise coming from a dresser sitting in the rubble. He opened the drawer and the baby was sleeping in the dresser without a scratch. He had some other amazing stories but that one really stuck out in my mind.
