So, I run every morning...

...Pilates twice a week...

...only 1 cup of Wheaties for breakfast instead of half a box of Peanut Butter Crunch...

...

How bad can it be to cut up a Snickers and a Reses, mix them in with BYU Creamery Tin Roof Sundae ice cream and eat it at Ten O'clock at night after the kids asleep??

Not so bad?....right?....

I left off the whipped cream.

I just put the Maracchino cherries right on the ice cream.

I've bore my testimony about Magic Erasers....now I'd like to witness to the deliciousness and smoothness of BYU chocolate milk.  It is THE only true chocolate milk--it's from chocolate cows.  I'm sure they have to hide these chocolate cows because...well....seeing chocolate cows could cause some serious problems.  But, seriously, I've never been able to find chocolate milk as wonderful as BYU's.  I've tried...given it my all...can't find anything like it (Hershey's had a line of chocolate milk that came close).  I wished they could ship it!  Or just give me one of those chocolate cows.

I lost 15 lbs once, with a diet that allowed one complete, unadulterated "cheat day" per week.

I think the concept works so well, there was a conference talk or other, talking about how that sort of thing might work for physical health, but not for spiritual health.

Whose conference talk was 100% 100% of the time? I just remember it being really good. But then again, tin roof sundae and chocolate cows are also really good!

The BYU stuff can't be as good as the Fresno State stuff because everyone knows that happy cows come from California.

Just got back from my morning walk. Tomorrow at this time I'll be driving scouts to the west fork of Oak Creek Canyon for a hike. I love that hike this time of year.
