I clicked (only for you, coco). It says not to give cough or decongestant meds to children younger than 2. They don't work in kids that young, and they're dangerous for children that young. The FDA wants to pull off the warning to "consult a physician" and just label them to not be used for anyone under 2.

It also says not to use antihistamines to sedate children. Apparently Benadryl is not to be used as a children's sleep aid.

My mom tells my wife all the time to use Benadryl. It is one of the aspects of my mother that... well... we ignore. :)

We had friends when we lived in Orem that told us to use a little Jack Daniels for teething pain.
They said it worked great! (We didn't try it).

A fellow Walmart shopper told me that vanilla extract works wonders on teething babies. Depending on how much you use, I suppose she's right.
