Just got this in an email from the Church cannery dealie...
Please be advised that details are being finalized to re-introduce potato pearls into the Home Storage Centers starting the first of January 2008. Instead of coming in a 40# box they will come in a 21# boxes, each containing twelve 28oz packets that will not need to be re-packaged into cans or pouches. More details will follow as they become available. Your patience in the meantime is greatly appreciated.
