OK, here is my "idea", in that the Lord works in mysterious ways!
Well the only idea I have isn't technical help. Maybe that laptop not working to get to Bountiful is the Lord's way of encouraging you to plan a vacation or something w/your spouse, sort of to "relax" due to your recent/pending release (don't know exact date) from your last calling. So maybe instead of checking and logging into Bountiful, it is a "way" to get you to check/log into a trip planning website instead!
Hope you know this idea is shared w/friendship & love/respect for your service in your calling. It isn't meant in a judging way, just caring jest, in a way.
Does your laptop use the Mac OS and Safari? Cat had some problems with that combination.

Hey Mahonri. Glad to see you're making an effort to post, even if you can't. I think you know that the Lord looks upon the heart, and he knows that even if you can't post physically, you'd do it if you could... and you will be blessed for it...

If you manage to get post again, can you describe the situation more? Does it give you an error message when you type in your username and password (like, they are invalid)?
Happy days are here again. Seriously, yesterday was the happiest day of my entire life. I had no clue so many folks actually liked me.
I'm going away by myself this weekend. Sweetie is taking two kids to conference w/o me.

Without further details, there's not a lot I can do to help, but here's one idea; are you connecting to the internet using a wireless connection? And do you also have a wireless phone? Depending on the types, they can conflict with each other.

I can connect on every computer in the house but not my laptop... I even tried it at work on a differetn ISP and it just says that I cannot connect.
Oh, well, guess I'll take up gardening.

Gardening's nice. A little... um... boring... sometimes... talking with beanplants... and the zucchini often dominates the conversation... but otherwise... it could be your thing. :)
