Last night my wife and I watched a DVD titled "An Unreasonable Man" which chronicled much of Ralph Nader's public life since his rise to prominence in the late 50's. Have any of you seen it?
Though I disagree with much of Nader's political views, I have to hand it to him for his tenacity and using the law to make changes. The movie does show alot how the two major political parties function and how they supress any heretic who wants to rock the boat. It's a good movie and I'd be interested in hearing anyone's opinion of it.
I have to admit I have a really hard time watching any movie about any public figure who is still alive. I just can't dismiss the possibility that someone somewhere has a hidden agenda... no matter how objective they try to present their materials.

John Glenn....... Wait!!!!! Wasn't he in charge of the Apollo 13 OPs crews in that movie with Tom Hanks??? [If someone does NOT get THAT reference I am taking my toys, and going home!]
We actually referred to his (Kranz') style in a HR Management class in my MBA when talking about Theory X and Theory Y management styles and how the two impact people's ability to work under pressure.
I love "The Right Stuff". That was a great, feel good movie. Good casting too. I always felt bad for Gus though. It was just in the last couple years that they were able to pull up his capsule and confirm his story of what happened. He died on Apollo 1 with that cloud still hanging over him.
Whew... at least a couple of you understood my riddle...??? I like Ed Harris, I thought he did a great job in both rolls... (Kranz and Glenn). I also liked him in Places in the Heart and Radio... Unfortunately he seems to like making R rated movies...
