The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents by Terry Pratchett...
During my break this week from Bountiful and message boards in general, i took the time to read the above mentioned book. It's fabulous. Please read it... so we can discuss it here... It's a Discworld book, by Terry Pratchett and is gobs of funny... if gobs are funny... not really sure about that, but it was very funny...
From the encounter with the Highwayman at the beginning of the book, all the way to the end it's just a great story... and the characters are great... and there's action, mystery, a great deal of satire and the story of Mr. Bunnsy and the creatures of Furry Bottom are just splendid.
I thought the theme was interesting... the need to dream and how it makes our lives better... was... well fascinating... and the vicious rat king... kinda reminded me of the Natural Man... :)

It's very clever and funny... in fact I was thinking how much I'd enjoy reading it aloud. Cuz it's got all the great character dialogue that makes for montypythonesque memorable moments.
I'm surprised it hasn't been snatched up as a movie...
