Harry Potter Spoilers

I hope this is a good location for this query. I was wondering how long we were going to continue putting all things Deathly Hallows in spoiler tags. It might be a good thing to know what we're all expecting.

Like I said... I'm only on chapter 2 of The Sorcerors Stone... So, if you don't want me sending beserker warrior children yer direction, you can't spoil anything beyond what was in the fourth movie (The Holy Grail? no... that is not right... what's the title... you know... the one with the cup in it...) nana.gif

Just finished The Scarlet Pimpernel this week.
Spoiler

With so many classics I want to read or reread, I still can't bring myself to undertake a seven-book series that holds only mild interest for me.

I preferred the made for TV movie version of the Scarlet Pimpernel.

As a former fourth grade teacher, I'm really surprised you never read any of the HP books... just so you'd comprehend what your students were reading.

My former fourth grade class was at an inner-city school. All the kids were black or Latino.  Only one white boy and one white girl.  The white girl was my only student who read HP, and most of the other kids made fun of her.  So we never discussed it.

That brings up an interesting thought.  I wonder if the other kids didn't read HP because of a cultural thing or a poverty thing.  Hmmm...

It's an "in the hood" thing. If Snoop don't read it, they think it's stupid.
