Apology to Ray... I know he hates these... I got this in an e-mail from a good friend today.
Psycho Test
Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question.
It is as it reads.
(No one I know has gotten it right-including me.)
A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met this guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be just that! She fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him.
A few days later she killed her sister.
Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?
(Give this some thought before you answer).
SCROLL DOWN.

She was hoping that the guy would appear at the funeral again. If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer.
Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly. If you didn't answer the question correctly good for you.
If you got the answer correct, please let me know so I can take you off of my email list unless that will tick you off, then I'll just be extra nice to you from now on.
My answer... I thought she had met her brother in law that she had never before met.
I AM NOT A PSYCHO!
Maybe.

Well, I don't think of myself as pyscho, but I got the answer correct. It was pure simple reasoning. And the fact that my dad is a retired cop/detective and we used to watch all the tv detective shows together as I was growing up. My dad taught me how to "look" for clues. We had a lot of fun trying to be the first to guess "who dun it". Plus, I was a latchkey kid during the summers and I watched a lot of Perry Mason reruns. I also read a lot of Nancy Drew, Sherlock Holmes, etc growing up.
I really don't think this test is legit in determining who could or couldn't be a potential pyschopath. Anyone who has a mind for detective type work or who like to read such books would have deduced the correct answer.
I had no clue. this one completely went over my head... I'm glad to know that of all the weaknesses I have, being a psycho apparently isn't one of them... :)

I think it's natural for women to be a little psycho. But then women fantasize about all sorts of things that if men thought about them, they'd probably be psycho killers... but women just deal with it, and go on, not really acting out, taking it in stride, etc...

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen! - Samuel Adams
So... four responses. 3 men 2 women. 3 normal people 2 psychos. HMMMM.

I got it WRONG and I am a woman... In fact I didn't even come as close as the guys... I thought she probably killed her sister cause the sister admitted to also falling for the guy...
I am NOT a psycho, you take that back! It was just very good deductive reasoning. Umphf and I thought guys had good deductive reasoning skills. The answer was just common sense, the woman fell in love with a guy that shows up to her mother's funeral, so she wants to see him again and figures he'd show up at another funeral. Hence the murdering of her sister to insure there was another funeral. I never said she was smart (probably a blonde joke there somewhere).
Yes, I'm frankly disappointed at the apparent lack of deductive reasoning skills displayed by the men on this forum. These ARE the last days, people, let's hike our thinking up a notch, shall we?
