Does this offend you? The fact that it's coffee is a bit bothersome... This gets to the heart of a frustration around here... there's coffee in everything now. Children have to have it now. The other day i was at a Dairy Queen and these teens had their "Java Java" cups... It's become a mainstream addiction and no one even recognizes it as such.

... no more addicting than Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew.
Some folks just like their coffee cold.
I was in Utah this weekend and it was all the buzz up there.

I'm sort of thinking the caffeine sodas are a bigger deal with kids...??? Like that RockStar stuff and other mega-energy drinks in the beer-looking cans.
Coffee being poured down Moroni's trumpet wouldn't be as funny as say, a Red Bull or even a Mountain Dew. But sometimes what I think is funny isn't really that funny. Ahem. Plus, that soda pop stuff is not strictly against the WoW and more Utah Mormon kids would be likely to drink that stuff... I guess ole' Scratch missed the subtlety on this one.

Obviously there's a great commercial incentive to razz the church... lots of folks have tried to make money doing this... heck, isn't that why the SL Tribune is still in print?
But more to the point, were I in the church legal, I'd be concerned about if I did nothing, whether or not I'd run the risk of escalation from other peddlers, and the danger of mistaken endorsements...
Obviously the lack of images associated with the church is of great value in cases like this.

I love DQ blizzards! Those things have gotta shave years off your life though! The nearest DQ closed down a couple years ago and was replaced by a Starbucks. What a bummer!
How have the members in Utah reacted to the whole Polygamy Beer thing? I can see some people getting pretty upset about it.
