Uh... yeah... Harvard let him graduate despite his having outstanding parking fines?
Oh, my bad... it wasn't campus parking fines, was it?
I'm surprised that for the amount of money and time that had passed, there wasn't a bench warrant issued for his arrest should he ever get pulled over in the state of Massachusetts. But, it is Massachusetts afterall, and they have had more important things on their mind, like how to make sure to accomodate the homosexual lobby in wresting the law on marriage.

Or forcing Catholic adoption agencies to help homosexual couples adopt children. Massachusetts sounds like a great place to live. I should ask my brother for stories. He got his law degree from Boston University. It's a shame that a place that had such famous people as John Adams and John Hancock is now known for some of the kookiest politics that the world has ever seen.

Every time someone complains about how crummy California is I always point to New York and Massachusettes. Were still not as bad as they are and we have sunshine! Of course we still fall far behind the Republic of Texas. Texas has Chuck Norris!
Nazifornia does try, though. They are going to make a law there that all domestic animals have to be neutered, unless you submit to agricultural inspections. That'll put almost all cat breeders in California out of business.

Maybe we should neuter the politicians! The law has good intentions. The amount of stray and feril animals in this state is staggering. In my town people just let their dogs and cats run wild and breed at will. Then they dump the unwanted offspring somewhere else. We actually had a dog in this town that looked like a cat because of all the strays breeding. The county animal control personel are completely useless since they only come out during the hotest part of the day when the animals are hiding from the sun. I hate to bring this up but the majority of this animal problem is coming from our less than legal immigrant population. There are so many mixed pit bull type animals that it is funny seeing how mutated they will look. We had one stray running around that looked like a miniture German Shephard.
The problem with this law though and many other laws with good intentions are that the people who don't care now won't do anything different if the law is passed. The responsible folks will just be burdened by another law and stack of paperwork while Jose and Julio will be drinking beer on a Saturday evening and laughing at the Chow/Pit Bull Mix getting it on with a Chiawawa. Hey, it's cheaper than cable.
I'm all for neutering pets - in fact, when we sell a kitten to someone, they sign a contract that they will neuter the wee beastie. But I am dead set against the government requiring it. You're right, the law has good intentions, but it sucks in reality. What we really need are people who can by and large govern themselves.

Yeah yeah... the reason you really want the kittens neutered is so that you (like all the other catteries) can keep the supply of pedigreed Russian Blues low. It's a conspiracy I tell ya... and of the same level of conspiratal conspiracy as DeBeers and their control of the diamond market...
When we adopted our cat as a kitten from the pound, we had to pay to have it neutered and RF tagged before we could take it. I thought at the time how ironic it is that it is egregiously offensive and morally wrong to suggest that certain sets of humans should be sterilized and / or given various marks, yet for our canine and feline animals, it is considered an essential necessity and is treated as if harmful to the animal if it isn't done. And we euthanize animals all the time too... So, are we really just Nazis when it comes to pets?
Chow/Pit Bull Mix getting it on with a Chiawawa Dude! You've been listening to Bob Barker too much! They are simply obeying the command they are given so they can fill the measure of their creation!
