Quotes - how to?


Sorry to be dense. I didn't want to interject this into another thread, so I'm asking here.

When I quote something, it just indents the text. Cat Herder, for example, gets the lines around the quote, with the He Said: thingy.

Are you manually typing that extra stuff in? If so, how do you get horizontal lines? I wish I could set up a macro of my own...

I think that you need to use the "quote" button at the top of someone's post. It will quote their entire post.

It isn't too hard.  Press the quote button instead of reply button, and hope it works...   Nothing as elaborate as imitating Silent Ninja.    I think this looks like how I've always imagined Silent Ninja.
