Ricardo Montalban lived to a ripe old age of 88, but he died today. He was truly a great actor. Of course, I most remember him for his role as Khan in "Star Trek".

"He tasks me. He tasks me and I shall have him! I'll chase him 'round the moons of Nibia and 'round the Antares Maelstrom and 'round Perdition's flames before I give him up! "
Awesome movie; best Star Trek on big screen so far.
I think that he also deserves our respect for being a devout catholic and also for marrying just once and staying faithful to her his entire life. That's almost unheard of in Hollywood. Of course, Mcgoohan, who also died recently, did the same thing, as I understand it.

BTW, what I liked about the Khan role was that he was believable in that role. You could really believe that he was a super intelligent, genetically modified megalomaniac bent on revenge. And yes, that was my favorite Trek movie.
