Colorado couple sue city for confiscating their marijuana plants

A couple in Fort Collins, CO is suing the city for not caring for the marijuana plants they confiscated 3 years ago. The plants died, so when they proved they were just using them for "medical marijuana" it was already too late to return the plants to them.rolleyes
