Child "Protective" Services

The recent situation with Texas CPS has brought to light a number of outrageous government abuses. Here is one published last year. A video commentary stated that in some Kentucky counties 100% of children are returned to parents, and in some other counties 82% are given to adoptive families and that county is paid by the fed gov for placing the children.

17 girls pregnant in the northeast? I don´t know why CPS has not yet removed every single child, and their brothers and sisters that goes to that school, or should we say compound?
