So in this article about a potential change to the Utah drinking laws (which I will admit to being mostly clueless about) there's this quote on page 2.

"Valentine said Utah should be proud that it has the lowest occurrence of DUI in the nation."

I didn't know that. I sure am going to remember to discuss that angle the next time we get to speculating about Utah's high anti-depressant uasage, though.

Now, those wacky drinking laws in Utah... how do you UT residents feel about the proposed change this article mentions?
