There are some odd things about this case. First, the charges mentioned have nothing to do with, from what I can tell, selling pee. Also, is pee now a controlled substance? Maybe they could get him on conspiracy to commit fraud or something like that, but just the act of selling pee should not be illegal. Just gross.
