British grandma has to pull her own teeth

A British grandma had to pull her own teeth because she couldn't find a dentist who was taking new socialized healthcare patients.
If these cases were rare that would be one thing. But I read stories all the time of people being denied care or not receiving care in time because of their socialized medical systems.
