Rep. Musgrave, who is famous for introducing the marriage amendment, is now promising voters that she won't ask for any earmarks until Congress gets its spending under control.
She's had a hotly contested race each time she's run. I'm sure she's starting to feel the heat so she's appealing to her conservative base.
I used to really respect Musgrave, and even voted for her, until she voted for CAFTA.
