angered.gif I think that one of civilization's purposes is to protect the modesty of young girls. We, as a society, are getting sicker and sicker.

So women don't have any privacy at all. So if a guy wants to lay on his back on a skateboard and follow underneath a woman's skirt he can do it because there is no law against it? Come on! The problem with judges is that they are all lawyers and lack common sense.

Nita, it was the OK state appeals board that made this ruling. I'm not thinking that boycotting Target would do any good in this case.

Couldn't some lawyer argue that this lady's...um...private areas were in a protected site?  That is, under her clothes?  If she were walking around in underwear, then yeah, she's not protected.  But, she protected her private area with clothes, therefore, that area was in a protected site.  Right?

Ok, I actually clicked. I was thinking she was in a dressing room, but apparently she was just out in the open. If it doens't fall under some "in a private place" law, it should be covered by some lewdness law or somthing...?

In the article they blame this on laws not keeping pace with technology, but I really don't see where technology enters into it.

Oh!  So, if he were lying on the floor and looking up her skirt, then he could be prosecuted and punished.  But since he wanted to keep his shirt clean and use a camera instead, then that's ok.  Got it.  Wow, those courts are so canny!  I'll keep that in mind if I ever attend a Scottish festival or something.....
