Mmm, I have 2 huge vacations this year...Bulgaria and Hawaii.  I'll be buying stuff for that...so I'll do my best to stimulate the economy.  But, if I were in debt like so many Americans, I wouldn't be taking these vacations, or buying stuff, or doing anything other than paying down that debt.
