So, MrCoco was in the alumni swim meet last Friday. It's where the high school varsity team goes up against whatever alumni shows up - just for fun and seeing your old buddies... potluck, you get the idea. MrCoco still holds the 100 fly record (he graduated in '86). They had a 50 fly with about 3 highschoolers and 3-4 alums. MrCoco smoked them! It was so awesome! He's so HOT!!! He also won the dive for distance which is like you dive in and float and hold your breath the longest. That one always freaks me out. He's been swimming every morning at 5am for the last 5-6 weeks and has lost 20 pounds. He wants to lose 30 more (I think that's overdoing it - how many men really weighed what they did when they were Juniors in high school?) and enter the Utah Summer Games this summer. He's won a couple silvers there before but he wants to try to win a gold. He's such an inspiration and has so much self-discipline. Plus he's so dang HOT!

I'd like to brag about how wonderful Poncho was Christmas day... how she didn't complain about having to rush me to the ER and listen to me scream at home and in the ER until they drugged me up... or how she didn't complain about me puking up slightly in van (she made me clean it up when we got home though) on the way over... or how she didn't complain about the fact it took nearly an hour or so for me to provide a urine sample after the CAT scan because I was so drugged up I couldn't stay awake long enough to force the urge to go... or how she didn't complain after we finally got home and we got to opening presents when I zoned out and fell asleep in the middle of the floor face down... or how later that evening when I was still in some pain and discomfort she took the phone to talk with family who called when I said I really didn't feel up to talking to my own siblings...
