I really like this song. I love the poetry about Christ's love for us, and how he holds us despite the world. I have been really impressed with this particular musical group...
The pictures are hit and miss... but nice tribute to the song... but if you'll listen to the words of this song, I think you'll find them very uplifting. I purchased it for my mp3 player. :)

I don't get the whole Casting Crowns name... All I end up seeing in my mind's eye are some Josh Groban-esque looking young born-againers tossing crowns like frisbees to christian rock music...

The name comes from the book of Revelation... when the 24 Elders around the Throne of God (upon whose heads are crowns of gold) cast their crowns at his feet and confess his glory and name... It's a pretty cool name, imo...
Revelation 4: (see verse 10 specifically)
4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
I think it's cool how there are two sets of twelve (24 elders)... I think of the first 12 apostles, and the second from the Restoration...

I agree for certain forms of worship, and i agree I don't think it's appropriate for Sunday worship, sure, but I do like to listen to rock and it has a certain place... ...and I'd rather listen to something with thoughtful and meaningful lyrics than one that is all about glorifying the garbage in the world...
Imo, this is one of those diversity of operations sorta things... where you decide whether you like it or not... if you don't it don't much matter, but if it gives strength then cool!
