Anyone see the news story about Atlanta city council talking about making it against the law to wear baggy, saggy pants that show off the underwear? Folks are up in arms because that is infringing on peoples right of expression / right of fashion. Yeah, and do 99% of the idiot young people doing it understand that this fasion essentially comes from a badge of honor thing from convicts and gang members whose pants became saggy in jail and prison because the prison authorities had to take their belts away? I can guarantee you the rich white boys in my ward don't know this...
