Even if you are not an Ohio State Buckeye fan, if you ever get the chance to go to a football game at Ohio Stadium (aka "The Horseshoe"), do it!

Seeing TBDBITL ("The Best D*** Band In The Land" as The Ohio State University Marching Band is known) perform is a singular event you will not forget. When I was a child, my Dad, being on the faculty, had season tickets up until it got too expensive to justify (as by then the kids weren't that interested in going to sit for several hours in the cold just to get sick from the smell of pipes or cigars or cigarettes -- back in the day before that was all banned). There are other college marching bands out there that are good, but I assure you from a showmanship standpoint and sheer precision, you will get blown away seeing them march into the stadium in the pre-game show and when they do Script Ohio (which is a tradition at home games). I went to one game with my Dad where the alumni band performed with them, and the two bands did four Script Ohios on the field simultaneously (one on each side of the field, and one in each endzone).
